Welding is a critical process in vacuum cracking furnace production, directly affecting vacuum tightness and cleaning efficiency. We’ve implemented a full-process, high-standard welding inspection system covering pre-welding, in-welding, and post-welding stages to ensure all welds meet sealing and structural requirements:
Verify base material (e.g., 304/316 stainless steel) composition via spectral analysis. Ensure compatible, moisture/corrosion-free electrodes and wires. Standardize joint bevel angles/gaps and clean surfaces. Only certified welders operate, proficient in processes like argon arc welding.
Real-time track welding current, voltage, speed, and argon flow. Visually monitor weld formation and control reinforcement/width. Focus on interpass temperature for thick-plate and key welds to avoid material degradation.
Conduct visual inspection and weld gauge checks (complying with GB/T 985-2018) to rule out surface cracks/porosity. Test core sealing welds with helium mass spectrometry (leak rate ≤1×10⁻⁹ Pa・m³/s). Perform RT/UT on critical welds (grade Ⅱ+), with random mechanical property and corrosion resistance checks for high-temperature/high-pressure adaptability.

Multi-layered full-process control ensures stable welding quality, underpinning efficient long-term equipment operation.
