Eco‑Friendly Thermal Paint Removal Equipment

Main Application Scenarios

  1. Waste enamel‑coated copper wire recycling: Remove the insulating paint layer from copper wires to improve the purity of recycled copper materials. It serves as core pretreatment equipment for cable recycling.

Key Points for Model Selection

  1. Batch processing capacity: Distinguish batch weight and daily total output. Select furnace chamber volume according to production rhythm.

  2. Heating method: Electric heating or gas heating. Select according to plant energy conditions.

  3. Materials to be treated: Precise temperature control is required for copper wire processing to avoid copper oxidation. Inorganic coatings such as enamel cannot be removed.

  4. Safety configuration: Over‑temperature alarm, flue‑gas concentration monitoring, explosion‑proof pressure relief and secondary combustion system are mandatory.

  5. Site conditions: Confirm workshop height, power/gas supply and exhaust space.


Notes for Operation

  1. Only organic substances can be treated. Inorganic layers such as enamel and ceramics cannot be pyrolyzed.

  2. Strictly follow heating curve. Excessively high temperature will cause oxidation loss of copper materials.

  3. Clean furnace bottom ash regularly to guarantee heat exchange and safety inside the oven.

  4. The tail‑gas treatment system must keep in normal operation to comply with local environmental‑protection standards.
