Our industrial burn off oven is a high-efficiency, eco-friendly thermal cleaning solution designed for removing organic contaminants from metal parts, fixtures, racks, jigs, and tooling. Utilizing advanced pyrolysis technology, it safely strips paint, powder coating, grease, plastic residues, rubber, and other organic materials without damaging the base metal, making it an essential equipment for manufacturing, coating, automotive, aerospace, and plastic processing industries.

Core Working Principle

The burn off oven operates through a controlled pyrolysis process:

  1. Heating Stage: The oven chamber is heated to 400–500°C (752–932°F) in a low-oxygen environment, preventing open flame combustion.

  2. Pyrolysis Stage: Organic contaminants are decomposed into volatile gases and solid carbon residue.

  3. Afterburner Treatment: Volatile gases are sent to a secondary afterburner chamber, heated to 800–900°C (1472–1652°F) for complete oxidation, eliminating harmful emissions and meeting strict environmental standards.

  4. Cooling & Cleaning: The cleaned metal parts cool down in the chamber, and solid residue is easily removed from the furnace bottom.
